DESCRIPTION:<p>Effective December 1\, 2025</p>\n<p>Regulations made by the 
 Traffic Authority for The Town of Berwick Pursuant to Section 202(2)<br />
 of the Motor Vehicle Act\, R.S.N.S.\, 1989 Chapter 293</p>\n<p>The Winter 
 Parking Regulations will be in effect from December 1\, 2025 to April 15\,
  2026 on all streets and highways within the Town of Berwick.</p>\n<p>Duri
 ng this period\, parking of vehicles on the streets or highway within the 
 Town of Berwick is prohibited between the hours of 1:00 AM and 7:00 AM and
  during the period from one hour after any snow storm has started to two h
 ours after the storm has stopped.</p>\n<p class='cvGsUA direction-ltr alig
 n-start para-style-body'><span class='OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-fe
 ature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrou
 gh-none'>Physicians\, fire and police officials are exempt from these Regu
 lations while carrying out their professional responsibilities\; as well a
 s commercial vehicle operators for the purposes of loading and unloading.<
 /span></p>\n<p class='cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body'><s
 pan class='OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature
