Please be advised that the Town of Berwick has implemented an updated process and fee structure for requesting Tax Certificates.

Effective immediately, all requests must be submitted through our online form Town of Berwick Tax Certificate Request Form 

Please note that tax certificates will not be issued until payment has been received in full. The online form will guide you through the submission and payment process.
