Application for General Rate Increases

The Town of Berwick Electric Commission has an application for general rate increases before the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board, to be heard virtually on December 9^th at 10:30 AM.  The public can follow the Hearing by going to the Board’s website -https://nsuarb.novascotia.ca – and clicking on “Listen to live hearings”.

This is the first time since 2011 the Commission has increased its rates other than to pass through increases from Nova Scotia Power.

The Commission regrets the need to ask for higher rates.
