Powering Maritime Communities: A Stronger, Smarter Future
The Maritime Municipal Electric Utility Alliance (MMEUA) brings together eight municipally owned electric utilities across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island to drive the transition to a cleaner, smarter, and more resilient energy future.
Stronger Together: A Regional Approach to Energy Innovation
Members of the MMEUA are Saint John Energy, Edmundston Energy, the Perth-Andover Electric Light Commission in New Brunswick, the municipal utilities in the Towns of Antigonish, Mahone Bay, Riverport, Lunenburg, and Berwick in Nova Scotia, and the City of Summerside in Prince Edward Island.
By uniting their collective strengths, these utilities are working together to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and accelerate the clean energy transition.
