The Town of Berwick invites a Formal Response to Request for Proposals for the provision of development control and professional planning services.

The Formal Response for Requests for Proposals will include:
• the issuing of development permits pursuant to the Land Use By-law, granting of variances and approval of subdivision plans pursuant to the Subdivision By-law;
• the provision of regular planning services associated with public requests and applications for amendments to the Town’s by-laws which will include all necessary research, advertising, etc. to provide recommendations to the Town’s Planning Advisory Committee for approval and recommendation to Council;
• undertaking special projects, such as review of existing by-laws and the Town’s Municipal Planning Strategy;
• responding to queries related to the Municipal Planning Strategy, Land Use By-law and Subdivision By-law.

Formal Responses must be received by the Town of Berwick by July 15, 2021, no later than 4:30 p.m. via email to Michael Payne, CAO.
