MPS & LUB Plan Review Public Hearing

The Town of Berwick is moving forward with the updated Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and Land Use Bylaw (LUB) plan review. Over the past two years, we’ve hosted several public engagement sessions to gather feedback, especially on key topics like residential zoning.

The proposed documents are now ready for final public consultation before being considered for approval.  We invite all residents to attend the upcoming Public Hearing, where you’ll have an opportunity to share your thoughts and concerns directly with Town Council.

Your voice matters - this is a crucial step in shaping the future of our community. If you're unable to attend in person, but would like to make a written submission, please email or drop off your submission at Town Hall before 4:00 pm on the day of the Public Hearing.

If you prefer to attend virtually, please email before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 7^th, to request a Zoom link.  Please note: virtual participants who wish to address Council must use a camera-enabled device.

The proposed documents can be viewed at https://www.berwick.ca/maps.html. You can also request a printed copy of the documents at Town Hall, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
